We have a wide range of props ranging from bulk kitchen supplies, to set decor, furniture, show specific props including a large dragon head for Shrek the musical, and so much more. Most of our props are one-of-a-kind and/or hand-made. We are also constantly looking to add props to our inventory so if you are looking for something and can’t seem to find it, please reach out to us on the “Contact” page. Please be sure to read our “How it Works” page thoroughly before renting from us. All policies can be viewed and downloaded. Typical rental periods are 14 days and the price per item remains the same for that 14 day period, and is increased for each week past that period.
set design/plans/construction
Regarding our set services, we have 3 main services to provide: set design, build plans, and set construction. You can utilize one, some, or all 3 of these services to best suit your needs. Using the link below, you can share with us the show you are working on as well as a rough idea and “needs” for your set. After that, we will contact you to set up an initial meeting, free of charge. From there, our engineers will create an initial design at a flat rate based on size and scope of the design. Next, we can create build plans for you to execute and/or create build plans that we will then execute. Alternatively, you can send us a rough design and we will create build plans and send them digitally. Lastly, we can simply come to your space and execute a set construction following a pre-determined design. Click below for more detail.
F.A.Q.
Rental periods are 2 weeks and charged extra for every additional week up to 4 weeks. For example, if a product is $10 for the rental period, it will be $10 when rented for 1-14 days; when rented for 15-21 days, the product will be $20; when rented for 22-28 days, the product will be $30.

Rental items should be returned in the condition they were received. An 10% damage fee is added to each order to account for traditional wear and tear, but any extraneous damage will incur a fee. See the “How it Works” page for more detail on our policies.
Return items in the condition you received them and be diligent in returning tags to products. See the “How it Works” page for more information regarding our policies.

We accept credit card, check, or cash payment. In an effort to minimize fees on orders, no additional fees are accrued through any payment method.
